Chief Financial Officer
Born in Sukoharjo, July 23, 1965. Graduated from Department of Statistics Faculty - IPB in 1990. First working as a staff survey on the LPM-IPB. Join to Bumiputera since 1992 as technical staff Insurance Group (Askum), Junior Actuary at PT. Dharma Bumiputera Actuary, a subsidiary of Bumiputera (1995-1996), then promote as chief engineer Askum (1996-2001), head of the department Information Technologi (IT) Bumiputera (2001-2009), chairman of KP4 Bumiputera (2009-2010). Now, he served as Chief Financial Officer Bumiputera.
Some of the courses and the related certification exams related insurance actuarial inside and outside the country have to follow. Organizers include AAMAI, PAI, LOMA, NICC-Edho, Japan, SITC - Swiss Re (Zurich), Falia Dai Chi MLIC, Japan.
Chief Marketing Officer
Born in Langsa, Aceh on August 16, 1962. He completed his education at the Faculty of Economic Open University. Completed the post-graduate program majoring in Marketing at STM-Manajemen IMNI. Starting his career as an agent in Bumiputera (1982). He had been a Branch Manager of Bumiputera Jatinegara (1989). He was promoted as Chief Operating Bumiputera Field (2002), Deputy Global Head of Group Insurance Division (Askum), Head of Askum Division (2010). Currently, he serves as Chief Marketing Officer of Bumiputera.
He has also managed through the training as a condition of being a leader at a certain level. Among other Management Education Level 1, Management Education Level II, and Management Education Main Level.
Chief Corporate Officer
He was born in Yogyakarta on 23 April 1969. He completed his education from Information Technology UPN Veteran Jakarta (1991), Economics Faculty, University of Indonesia (1996), and Master of Management Program, University of Indonesia (1999). He began his career in Bumiputera as a clerk in 1991 and later on promoted to managerial level in international relations, human resources, and marketing.
He was the Chairman of Dharma Bumiputera Foundation, Head of Corporate Communications Department, and Executive Advisor to President Director before appointed as Chief Corporate Officer on February 1, 2013.
Commisioner
He born in Yogyakarta, June 12, 1956. He graduated from School of Administration in 2001. He has attended several seminars in the country and abroad. Among other : Oriental Life Insurace Seminar in Tokyo, Japan, and Top Executive Seminar in Japan.
He started his career at the Bumiputera as chasier. He Extended experience as Auditor. He served as department head in several departments of Bumiputera. Among Departemen Head of Supervision Departement, Departemen Head of Human Resources. He also served on PT Bank Bumiputera as Internal Audit, Director at Travel PT.Eurasia. Director of Bumiputera Human Resources. Now, He is commissioner of Bumipuitera.
Commisioner
Born in Medan, 13 November 1953. He graduated Master of Business Administration at the School of Management Prasetya Mulya Jakarta in 1990.
He began his career at PT. Pos Indonesia. He served as head of the Post Office at Sidikalang, North Sumatra and a few of ofice branch PT. Pos Indonesia.Finally, he served as Director of PT.Pos Indonesia during at 1999-2005. He served as Commissioner of PT.Pos Indonesia period 2005-2008. He was a Supervisory of "Koperasi Nusantara." since 2008 till now. He joined as Commissioner AJB Bumiputera 1912 since March 2013.
Member of BPA DP VIII (Bali & Nusa Tenggara)
Born in Denpasar, February 18, 1969. He completed his Master of Management degree from Gadjah Mada University in 1995 and then completed his Doctor of Business Administration degree from Southern Cross University Lismore, New South Wales, Australia, in 1999.
He started his career as Young Administrator appointed by Education Minister in 1995 and now he currently holds the tittle of Young Primary Counselor. He was appointed as the Professor of Management in 2006 and has been Assessor for Accreditation of BAN-PT since 2011 until now.
He is active in various organizations and received numerous awards and scholarships. He wrote many articles in various publications such as Bali Post, TOKOH, and Bisnis Bali and talked about economy, information technology, sociocultural, education and management in various TV and radio programs.
He is currently a member of Supervisory Board AJB Bumiputera 1912 for DP VIII (Bali & Nusa Tenggara).

Born in Medan, 29 April 1955, completed the doctoral program of Social Sciences Interdisciplinary Studies at the University of Gajah Mada, Yogyakarta in 2008. Master of Business Administration at the Indonesian School of Management and Amsterdam School of Management in 1994-1996. Bachelor of Economics from Faculty of Economics Department of Financial Management University Indonesia in 1986.
State Minister for State Owned Entities (SOEs) (2004-2007). Various positions including Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at the Medco Group (1991-2004). Various senior investment banking positions at Bankers Trust Company & Chemical Bank, New York Group-Jakarta (1982-1991).
Member of BPA DP III (South Sumatera)
Born in Talang Baru, October 27, 1968. A Master of Law and active in political and domestic law. Served as treasurer DPC Advocacy Association of Indonesia (IKADIN), and has served as a member of the DPRD Lampung Province (1999-2004). Chairman of the DPRD Lampung Province (2004), Vice Chairman of DPRD Lampung province (2009-2014). She is an active in various organizations ranging from Lampung Pilitik Women's Caucus Chair (2007-2011), Vice Chairman Dekranasda Lampung, Lampung Scout Kwarda Vice Chairman, Advisory DEMI (Board of Musicians) Music rock Lampung. Member of PRC(Policyholders Representative Council) AJB Bumiputera 1912 Region III Southern Sumatra (2009-present).
Member of BPA DP V (West Java)
Born in Gorontalo, August 23, 1955. He completed his Master of Business Administration degree from Chicago International University. He formerly worked for PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia as IMT Lecturer - Telkom Senior Leader. He also has been corporate legal advisor since 2001.
He is currently a member of Supervisory Board AJB Bumiputera 1912 for DP V (Western Java).
Member of BPA DP VI (Central Java)
Born in Surakarta, May 10, 1958. He completed the Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree from School of Public Policy, University of Birmingham, England in 1999, Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from University of Bridgeport, Connecticut, United States in 1989, and Accounting degree from Gadjah Mada University, Yogyakarta in 1981.
Currently, he is also the chairman of Development Finance Controller, the head of Quality Assurance Team at Bureaucracy Reform, chairman of The Indonesian Institute of Accountants, chairman of Economic Decentralization Focus Group, and Indonesian Economic Scholars Association.
He is currently a member of Supervisory Board AJB Bumiputera 1912 for DP VI (Central Java).
Head of BPA DP X (Sulawesi)
PUTRA asli Makassar kelahiran 16 Maret 1955 ini menyandang gelar Doktor (S3) dari Universitas Hasanuddin, ia meraih seluruh gelar pendidikannya di Makassar. Setelah menamatkan D3 yang juga di Unhas, ia mulai meniti karir di pemerintahan, menjadi Pegawai Negri Sipil (PNS) di lingkungan Depdagri Sulawesi Selatan di tahun 1980. Dua tahun kemudian dipromosi menjadi Kepala Seksi Tata Kota Badan Pendapatan Daerah Tingkat.I Ujung Pandang.
Dalam hitungan tahun karirnya melesat, mulai jadi Kepala Sub Bagian di Sekretariat Wilayah Daerah (Setwilda) 1983, Camat di Bonto - Gowa 1984, Kepala Biro Humas Setda Sulsel 1993, Bupati di Gowa tahun 2002, hingga menjadi Wakil Gubernur 2003 dan akhirnya menduduki posisi puncak sebagai Gubernur Propinsi Sulawesi Selatan periode 2008-2013.
Terakhir ia terpilih sebagai Ketua Asosiasi Gubernur se-Indonesia menggantikan Gubernur DKI Jakarta Fauzi Bowo. Pergantian itu dilakukan dalam rapat kerja Asosiasi Gubernur se-Indonesia, 19 Desember 2011, di Jakarta.
Member of BPA DP IX (Kalimantan)
Born in Tenggarong, November 11, 1973. She completed her Bachelor degree from Padjajaran University, Bandung, Master's degree from Soedirman Universty, and is currently pursuing doctorate degree at Utara University, Malaysia.
She formerly held top positions in several companies such as PT Ratu Bara Energi, PT Bunda Masayu, STIE Tenggarong, Ribenz Salon, Warnet Rit@_Benz, He'Rita Benz Cellular, Velny Rita Benz Sport Centre. Currently, she is also Kutai Kartanegara Regent (2010-2015).
Moreover she was the chairwoman of Kutai Kartanegara branch of Indonesia's National Youth Committee (KNPI) (2005-2008) and is the current chairwoman of Kutai Kartanegara branch of Golkar party (2008-2013).
She is currently a member of Supervisory Board AJB Bumiputera 1912 for DP IX (Kalimantan).
Member of BPA DP VII (East Java)
Born in Sumenep, March 21, 1954. He completed the Master's degree from 17 Agustus University, Surabaya, in 2002. He started his career as UP staff in 1978 and he was formerly the Acting Head of State Relationship Section at Social Politics Office (1978-1981), Madiun Regent (1998-2008), becoming the Head of Surabaya-Madura Development Agency (2010-2011).
He received numerous awards and recognitions from President of Indonesia, Minister and East Java Governor such as Bintang Jasa Pratama (2007) and Satya Lencana Karya Satya in (2001 and 2008).
He is currently a member of Supervisory Board AJB Bumiputera 1912 for DP VII (Eastern Java).
Member of BPA DP XI (Malirja)
Investment Director
Born in Padang, March 16, 1954, he completed basic education up to high school in Padang. He continued his education at the Academy of Corporate Leadership, Jakarta, gaining a Bachelor of Economics degree from University of Pancasila, and a Master of Management in the School of Economics (STIE) Dharma Bumiputera. He began his career in 1978-1988 as Manager of Sales & Purchase Department in PT Mitsubishi Krama Yudha Motorsand Mfg., moving into banking in 1988-August 2009 to work in various positions at banks that included Bukopin (1988-1990), Bank Subentra (1990-1994), the Bank Nusa International (1995-1996), Bank Pos Nusantara (1996-2000), Bank Bumiputera (2001-2007), and Economic Prosperity Bank (2007-2009). In September 2009-9 November 2009, he undertook the position of Technical Director of Finance and Investment in Bumiputera 1912 MLIC. On November 10, 2009 he was appointed Director of Finance and Investment AJB Bumiputera 1912 MLIC.
Human Resources Director
Born in Blang Pidie, Aceh, October 7, 1960, he graduated from Xavier High School Senior High School in Jambi, then continued his education at the faculty of economics Pancasila University Jakarta, taking a Master's Degree in the College of Economics (STIE) Dharma Bumiputera. He started his career at the AJB Bumiputera 1912 as Administrative Officer, Directorate of Engineering Department of Insured in 1982. In 1991 he became Head of Section, Section Archive General Directorate of the General Logistics Department. In 1999 he became Head of the PT. Wisma Bumiputera, and head of the Department of Human Resources in 2001. In 2006 he became Director of PT. Bumiputera Mitra Sarana, and the Plt. AJB Bumiputera 1912 Director of Human Resources in 2010.
Technical & Operation Director
Born in Cirebon on November 21st, 1970, he gained a Math degree from Padjadjaran University. He began his career in 1994 at AJB Bumiputera 1912 Collective Life Insurance Division on the technical staff. In 1998 he was accepted at PT AIA as Associate actuary. In Desember 2000, he was promoted to Head of Actuary Department of PT Asuransi AIA Indonesia. In September 2004 he moved to PT Sun Life Financial Indonesia as Assistant Vice President & Marketing Actuary. In January 2007, he was appointed as Vice Marketing Strategy and Profit Centers Director at PT Asuransi AIA Indonesia. From July 2008 to April 2011 he served as Vice President, Technical and Operational (as Technical Director). And in May 2011 he was appointed by AJB Bumiputera 1912 Members Representative Board as AJB Bumiputera 1912 Technical Director.
Member of BPA DP I (North Sumatera)
Born in Bahorok, January 17, 1952. He completed the Master of Science degree from Sumatra Utara university. He started his career as the Head of Simpang Empat Karo Sub District Office in 1976. He is currently a member of National Assimilation Forum (2011-2016), and President Commissioner of PT KIM (2010-2011).
Today, he is also the chairman of PENGDA PORDASI SUMUT in North Sumatra and GAPSSU (Gabungan Pengusaha Sembako Sumatera Utara). He received several awards and recognitions from President of Indonesia such as Satya Lencana Karya Satya XXX (2008), Satya Lencana Kebaktian Sosial (2005), and Satya Lencana Karya Satya XX (2000).
He is currently a member of Supervisory Board AJB Bumiputera 1912 for DP I (North Sumatra).
President Director
President Director & CEO of Bumiputera 1912 Mutual Life Insurance Co. since 2012, Indonesian citizen born in 1952, before joining Bumiputera Company, he was Finance Director at PT. Bakrie Sumatra Plantation, EVP Corporate Strategic, Planning & Business Development PT. Bakrie & Brothers Tbk. (2011 - 2012), and Finance Director in charge of accounting, finance & IT at PT Semen Gresik (Persero) Tbk. (2002-2011).
Other previous positions include SVP International Banking at Bank Mandiri Headquarters (1999- 2002), as well as Vice Chairman of Bank Mandiri Europe Ltd. in London (1999-2002) and Chairman of the Management Team of Bank International Indonesia (2001). His Banking career had been started and developed at Bank Bumi Daya with his last position as General Manager at New York Agency (1989-1999). He obtained his Masters of Business Administration degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison (1986) and a Bachelor of Economics degree from the University of Indonesia (1982). He attended the Advanced Professional Certificate Program in Finance at New York University-Graduate School of Business (1987).

Born in Ponorogo, April 3, 1950. Master of Business Administration, PPM in 1991, and Masters in management, PPM in 1995. Started a career in insurance as an agent of AJB Bumiputera 1912 MLIC in 1970, after it became the coordinator agent, and held various management positions. In 1998, appointed the Director of AJB Bumiputera 1912 MLIC. He is active in various organizations: Chairman of the Board of Trustees Insurance Agents Association of Indonesia (IAAI), Member of the board of Cooperative Plenary Indonesia (Dekopin), DPP Manager Indigenous Indonesian Entrepreneurs Association (HIPPI), Advisory Board of the National Association of Indonesia (DPN APINDO) , Chairman of the Association of Indonesian Agricultural Society (Himpindo), Indonesian Manpower Management Foundation (YTKI). Independent commissioner at PT Sompo Japan Insurance Indonesia.
